The Carice Elgar Room has a range of facilities available to ensure that whether you are holding a conference, recital or musical masterclass, all your needs are met.

Tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided at a cost of £1.50 per person. Tea, coffee and cakes can be provided at a cost of £3.50 per person. |

Hot water, crockery and utensils can be supplied for a cost of £25.00 if you would like to serve your own refreshments. Refreshments and buffets can be arranged. Download our 2013 Menu for available options;

| Parking | The Elgar Birthplace Museum has parking available for up to 60 cars and two coaches. There are also disabled parking spaces available. |
| Capacity | The Carice Elgar Room can comfortably seat up to 60 people in a theatre style and up to 30 in a boardroom set-up. |
| Equipment |
The Carice Elgar Room has access to audio, video and IT equipment, which can be hired for a cost of £10.00. There is also a portable induction loop available for up to 7 users, as well as air conditioning and access to lots of natural daylight. 60 comfortable chairs and 10 fold-away tables are available. The wooden floor of our function room is sprung and is therefore ideal for dance or exercise classes. A Bluthner grand piano is available and the option of a piano tuner can be provided to ensure your musical concert is a roaring success. |
